The Technical Support FAQ page at our site has answers to every question we are normally asked about our services. You can save a lot of time by consulting the Web site before trying other means of contacting us.
Technical Support is provided by email. Send your question to support@ChurchTextingManager.com. We will usually respond within an hour or two but may take a couple business days depending on how busy we are. Again, the FAQ is always available and contains answers to 99% of the questions we are ever asked.
Technical Support is availble by fax at (413) 208-8477. We may take longer to respond to faxes than to email questions. If possible, include an email address for reply.
